In line with Government guidelines we will be open for appointments only from 12th April 2021. Appointments will need to be booked in advance. Please call 01962 735715 to make arrangements.

COVID-19: Protecting our customers and colleagues.

When our showroom is allowed to reopen we will have enhanced safety precautions in place. We can arrange a home survey and you can book an appointment with one of our flooring experts at a time that is convenient for you. Please be aware that if you plan on visiting the showroom when we reopen face coverings will be required.

The safety of our teams and customers is paramount, and we feel confident we have the right procedures in place.

We ask that everyone visiting the store maintains social distancing guidelines and respects the space of others.

Due to unprecedented demand and the effects of the pandemic which is affecting the speed of manufacture across both the UK, Europe & Asia, delivery dates provided will be offered in good faith with the information provided at the time of ordering by our suppliers. This will be dependent on the flooring selected and stock levels at our suppliers. We are working closely with the manufacturers to ensure delays are avoided where possible. If you have any questions should a delay arise, we will endeavour to provide updated information as soon as we can.

Our team is operating from 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and by special appointment on Saturdays.

Fitting service
  • Our fitting service is operating as normal with extra precautions in place.
  • Our fitters have been provided with adequate PPE equipment and will be sanitising between every visit.
  • They will ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times while in your home.
  • We request that once you have allowed access to our fitting teams you retreat to an area of your home to maintain social distancing.
  • We encourage payment to be made by bank transfer rather than cash.

How our services have changed?

  • We are operating a strict ‘appointment only’ service. Please contact us to make arrangements.
  • Our opening times are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
  • In line with Government guidelines, we will all be wearing facemasks to ensure that everyone in our showroom is safe.
  • Our showroom is large, however we will monitor how many people are in store at any one time to ensure there is plenty of space to maintain social distancing.
  • We will continue to use the 2m rule in our showroom.
In your home:
  • Between home visits we will fully sanitise hands.
  • We will respect 2m distance at all times.
  • To minimise contact we prefer to email your quotes, invoices and receipts.
  • We will encourage you to open windows and doors in the areas we will be using before, during and following our visits.
